We have our own workshop and equipment for making molded pulp packaging molds. We import the 3D drawing into CNC programme to make specific molds. Every month the total quantity of molds making is more than 100 sets and every year it is more than 1000 sets.

Design 3D packaging drawings according to the packaged products and 3D drawings provided by customers, and then confirm the drawings.

According to the process equirements, we make a series of production molds, and then we will make samples of pulp trays for customers to confirm.

Complete the production order according to customer's requirements of quantity, time and quality. And finally deliver the products to the designated place of receipt through logistics.
